Marc Dufourq is registered with the GBCSA as an accredited Professional for Existing Buildings with the GBCSA (Green Buildings Council of South Africa) and can incorporate the latest systems and technologies to make your building more efficient and sustainable.

Still a new concept in South Africa but making in-roads into the construction industry are many new alternate building methods. We embrace these methods especially if they are sustainable and environmentally conscious methods.

If your site is in the Gauteng area we will meet you anywhere in the province for an introductory meeting and site evaluation. We do not charge for this as we believe you are giving us the opportunity to introduce ourselves and our services to you, and the client should not be charged for this.
Changes to concept
Many Architects limit the number of changes you allowed to make to the concept plans. At D4 Architecture our detailed design brief ensures that only small changes are required to any one concept however we will make as many changes as necessary to satisfy your particular needs.
We take on limited quality projects
We believe in giving all our client’s individual quality service and this can only be done by dedicating our time completely to your project. This means we do not have many projects running at once and we can give each of our limited projects the attention you are paying for.
