DESIGN PROCESS
One of our first major projects commissioned by a prominent developer in the East Rand area. The client required 38 two-bedroom, 2-bathroom units both in simplex and townhouse format. The complex boasts a modern, clean design and has an array of energy efficient systems as part of the design brief. Each unit has a solar geyser while some (as an option) have battery back-up and inverters in the garages and PV (Photo Voltaic) panels to charge the batteries which saves the residents on excessive electrical bills and relieves stress from the energy grid.
