House Brummer

This old existing home was purchased by the Brummer’s with the sole intention of turning it into a modern new residence. The whole living area interior was completely gutted opened up as one large area including the new kitchen, lounge, dining and bar area. A new entrance lobby, walk in closet and a covered patio was added to the home. The old atrium was also reinstated to bring light into the centre of the house. The client also fitted this home with state of the art home automation, controlling everything from lighting, security and the audio visual aspects. The existing level changes in the house help define the new open areas from one another rather than having one large open space.
