DESIGN PROCESS
The Matsetela’s needed a large new family home to accommodate at least 7 en-suite bedrooms. The client wanted a very specific look and feel to fit in with the equestrian lifestyle the estate offers. It was important to create open spaces that could be separated and closed off if nessesary due to shear size of the rooms. This would enable these spaces to be heated up separately during the winter. Along with 7 bedrooms this home boasts 4 garages with the potential to add another 4 garages to fit into the design. It also has two lounges and dining room opening onto a large patio which can be closed off from the elements. This home is scheduled to start construction this year (2020) and we look forward to showing the final photographs once the home is completed.
