DESIGN PROCESS
The Rossouw’s had a very good vision of their new home. We were able to take that vision and apply our knowledge and experience to ensure the design fitted the ideas they had for the residence. Situated on an ideal stand in the estate, the property has views to the north and the west overlooking the magnificent Jack Nicklaus golf course, so it was important to maximise the views and the north winter sun. This house is unique in the fact that it has two separate first floor wings. One for the clients and the other for the children. The residence has 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 garages, a one and a half volume living, kitchen and dining area which all open up on a massive patio which can also be closed off from the elements. This house was competed in 2019 and we look forward to adding some final photographs to the website soon.
